    I had a Smash Reward for a free milk shake. We don't drink milk shakes so I was going to have my sister get the milk shake since we don't see her often and she does drink milk. She wanted to get the shake on the way out, so we said that as we were ordering and thought it would be no problem to get the shake at the end since they heard the whole conversation . So we got our food, ate our food and then went up to order the shake. We were at that point told we had to order a entree to get the shake, even though we had just ordered 4 entrees. The person behind the counter was a bit rude about it.
